For our landmark 10th conference, we turn our attention to the etheric realm — the domain of living, formative forces that exists between the physical plane and higher spiritual planes. As technology increasingly shapes the conditions of modern life, understanding these life forces becomes essential for counterbalancing our slide via technology into sub-nature.

Our speakers will explore practices, such as eurythmy, for opening doors to etheric perception. Using Goethean science, we seek to discover the living qualities within substances and elements. Can each of us strengthen our etheric vitality to fully participate in our age of screens and social media? Can we find Christ in the etheric to be our brother as we necessarily tread through Ahriman’s sphere?

“We can only become sure of ourselves as human beings if we walk the road created by the whole of technology, but do not let our lives be governed by the products of technology, and grow able to behold the Christ power that can become part of us and overcome all those products of technology.”

— Rudolf Steiner
